With the out-of-home New Year's Eve menu from Gasthaus Lege, 2020 ended with a wonderful culinary highlight! Mr Schulze and his team had prepared four courses perfectly so that we could enjoy a gourmet dinner at home, both visually and tastefully. The terrine was delicious, the veal in the main course was excellent in taste and consistency, as if it were freshly prepared and served in the restaurant, the dessert was a dream! So we will hold out the lockdown, but we are still looking forward to the reopening so that we can experience the feel-good atmosphere and the warm service of Ms. Schulze and Ms. Schnabel again.

Super delicious dad deer was super tender and delicious, the grape dumpling with port wine ice cream was a dream in general, the desserts were great also the tonka bean ice cream was super delicious and nice ambience and nice service was very expensive but sometimes you can treat yourself to something like that !
Enjoyed the menu from Gasthaus Lege today. Very nice owners. Even with a 100 km drive - there and back - it was worth it. Very good sorrel soup with shrimp dumplings!
The ambience is very nice, the owner and the service attentive and nice. The food tasted great. The portions are very clear for the requested price.

Highly Recommended! From the welcome by the owner Mrs. Schulze, over the food, to the excellent wines, everything was perfect. During the last two years, we often visited Gasthaus Lege and were never disappointed! The food is prepared to the point, as someone (owner Mr. Schulze) understands his craft. The wine recommendations are consistent. I myself prefer a so-called wine trip to my menus, and this is always carefully and appropriately selected. Also non-alcoholic variants are possible. And all this at moderate prices for this level! How to win regulars!

Here we celebrated many weddings, it was a long time ago. Today you can eat very well.
We drove because of the very good rating in the HAZ after Thönse and were not disappointed. The welcome and service were very friendly and always attentive. In principle, there is a menu that changes once a month, but you can swap parts (like our dessert, for example) or there was an additional daily recommendation on the day. Everything on the table was of very good quality and extremely delicious. I must especially praise the Rinderkraftbrühe with summer truffle Flädle (hammer taste!) And the roebuck. Such a good, cooked to the point piece of meat is very rare! Also worth mentioning was the mousse served with the medlar, which reminded me a bit of marzipan. The combination of the other ingredients of all courses was great. What can I say ... we will definitely be back!

Very good kitchen, great hosts, very pleasant and quiet atmosphere. A bit out of the way, but the way is definitely worth it.
We drive there on a Saturday lunchtime and it was excellent. The food options were surprisingly different and just delicious. Just reading the menu has been really enjoyable. We would like to come again. We even smell like bringing our little dog. A dog is allowed for lunch or dinner, which I absolutely o.k. find.

Not as good as most people write here. Why doesn't anyone say the portions are far too small? Who decides here whether the guest is satisfied? The innkeeper? or can I decide that as a guest? The boss lives on another planet and comes back to earth every day to dream. The food is actually very good, but not everything and not always! It is not as self-evident as is suggested here. I ate a steak myself and it was so badly grilled / fried that I have never eaten steak. You have the piece. Meat through the bulge can already see that it was not okay. It was probably grilled too short and then pushed into the oven / salamander at 80 degrees, but too short. That didn't fit with the other person's other food. That shouldn't happen here at prices. Therefore only two stars.
